| A RE/MAX REALTOR® |
Welcome to SellTheSouth.net.
My name is Bert Phillips and I have been a resident of Guntersville, Alabama since 1973. After graduating college, I returned home to beautiful Lake Guntersville on the Tennessee River.
As a real estate agent, I have the opportunity to share with you the experiences that Guntersville has to offer - Bass Masters Tournements, Boating, Fishing, Golfing, Hunting, along with the "Home Town" feel. Lake Guntersville has been selected as one of the top getaways in Alabama and is also known as one of the best sport fishing lakes in America, with approximately 69,000 acres of fresh water and just under 1,000 miles of shoreline.
To capture what this area has to offer, whether relocating, investing or retiring, please contact me.
I look forward to working with you.
